Andrew M. Rich, P.C. is a professional corporation located in Hillsboro, Oregon. The firm was originally established as Huffman and Zenger in 1963 by attorneys Thomas A. Huffman and H. Kenneth Zenger.
I joined the Huffman & Zenger law practice in 1977 as an associate, and in 1983 became a shareholder of the professional corporation. The three attorneys, Huffman, Zenger and I, practiced together for almost 20 years. After Huffman and Zenger retired, I continued the practice alone, retaining many of my partners’ former clients as my own.
With more than four decades of legal experience, I’ve amassed considerable knowledge in my chosen areas of practice, including wills, trusts, tax planning, probate, will contests, estate claims, protective proceedings and elder abuse. Prior to focusing on these areas of law, my practice was devoted primarily to litigation, both civil and criminal. The skills I developed as a litigator, as well as the relationships I’ve developed with judges and courthouse staff, have proven invaluable when estate-related disputes arise.
I take a straightforward approach with my clients, ensuring their best interests are understood, put forward and protected. I conduct myself by the highest ethical standards, and treat everyone with honesty and fairness. Much of my business comes by referral, which speaks to my reputation and record of performance.
